We want you to love your Steve Madden Israel purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the shoe box is protected inside a shipping bag or another box to prevent damage.

Select between a home courier pickup for a small fee or dropping off your package at any official Steve Madden retail store across Israel for free.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
